Decision delayed on change of control at St Ann's Road Surgery
Are you a patient at St Ann's Road GP surgery? You still have time to comment on the service as part of a contract review and potential change of control.
AT Medics Ltd provides general practice services to patients from a number of sites in North Central London, and nationally operates approximately 60 GP practices.
AT Medics Ltd holds seven Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts in North Central London including St Ann's Road in Haringey.

Change of control
AT Medics Ltd recently wrote to NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) to seek consent to a change of control following an agreement to sell to another provider.
NCL ICB will now commence a formal due diligence process.
NCL ICB is informing patients registered at all affected practices about the change of control. It will listen to their views and seek answers to questions raised.

Message from NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) on postponment of decision
As the organisation responsible for commissioning health and care services in your borough, we would like to update you on the contract to provide services at St Ann’s Road Surgery. Your GP practice is run by AT Medics Ltd and the current contract is coming to an end. We planned to take a decision to extend or reprocure this contract at a meeting of our Primary Care Committee on 16 April 2024.
With public bodies subject to restrictions from 19 March to 2 May during the pre-election period, these decisions will now be taken at an extraordinary meeting of the Primary Care Committee.
The proposed date for this is 21 May 2024 from 11:45am to 1pm.
This will ensure transparent decision making and that as a meeting held in public, members of the public and stakeholders will be able to listen to proceedings and submit questions related to the agenda in advance. As a commissioner of NHS services our main priority is to ensure the provision of high quality, safe and accessible services for local people.
Your GP practice services will continue uninterrupted. We will continue to monitor the quality and performance of services to ensure residents receive care that meets the strict standards and regulations that apply to all NHS providers.
