St Ann's Road Surgery owner AT Medics has agreed sale
AT Medics Ltd provides general practice services to patients from a number of sites in North Central London, and nationally operates approximately 60 GP practices.
AT Medics Ltd holds seven Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts in North Central London including St Ann's Road in Haringey.
All GP practices operate under contract with the NHS, and whether owned by GPs or other organisations they must meet strict standards and regulations before they can delivery GP services.
Change of control
AT Medics Ltd recently wrote to NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) to seek consent to a change of control following an agreement to sell to another provider.
NCL ICB will now commence a formal due diligence process.
NCL ICB is informing patients registered at all affected practices about the change of control. It will listen to their views and seek answers to questions raised.
