CEO of Public Voice - Dan Rogers
Dan has worked in strategy, operations management and business development, throughout a career which has spanned roles in publishing, research, and consultancy. He brings experience of engaging industry, government, and grant funding clients, in order to scale businesses and deliver social impact. Dan joined Public Voice from Connected Places Catapult, a government-backed, non-profit innovation agency. At Connected Places Catapult, he led a team responsible for developing bids and proposals for people-centred innovation projects – looking at ways to improve places for social, economic and environmental benefits.

Paul Addae - Healthwatch Manager
Paul has been with Healthwatch Haringey since May 2023. He has extensive experience in health inequalities research, and has worked in a range of environments, including with young offenders, people with complex needs, and those with a range of managed long term care needs. Paul’s research experience includes The Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP), where he conducted interviews for a COVID-19 Lived Experience Insight Gathering project, and delivered a project to explore Medical Scepticism in South London. In 2021 Paul managed a Wellcome Trust funded research project in partnership with Dr Caitjan Gainty (Professor of Health History at King’s College London) to explore Health Activism and Ethnomedicine in Brixton. He has also delivered training to community researchers, students and institutional researchers on community research and health inequalities. Paul is passionate about capturing the experiences of seldom-heard communities in Haringey and the healthcare access challenges they face.
Eamonn England - Communications Manager
Eamonn is responsible for all our communications and marketing activities, from our website, media relationships and social networks, through to publicity materials, communications strategy and the management of our brand. He is a highly experienced communications and marketing professional with a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has spent time working in local government, education and teaching, the voluntary and community sector, and as a consultant within the creative industries.
Tanya Murat - Engagement and Communications Officer
Tanya supports the team with engagement and communications activities, working with Patient Participation Groups and GPs, recruiting, training and supporting patient representatives in Haringey, and providing content for our website, newsletter and social media. She has previously worked in libraries, town planning and community development and has years of experience engaging with communities experiencing exclusion and disadvantage.
Emily - Information, Policy and Research Officer
Emily supports our research projects through quantitative and qualitative analysis, engagement, and reporting to our partners. She has a background in historical, cultural and community research. After studying the history of medicine and healthcare over the past century within the US and the UK, she conducted a research project with members of the Cuban community in London, Miami and Havana. To do this, she gathered primary and secondary sources, trained at Centric Community Research, conducted interviews with participants in English and Spanish, and explored how cultural habits and traditions related to health moved across arbitrary borders. Emily is passionate about bringing light to the concerns of communities who are not always represented.
Mary Blake - Volunteer Coordinator
Mary supports our team of volunteers. Previous roles were with Groundwork London’s volunteer Energy Champions programme, Energise London and Family Action. Earlier work was in waste prevention with Enfield Council and environmental campaigning for Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth. Mary also works part-time for the Muswell Hill Sustainability Group and volunteers for a health charity helpline.
