Patients of St Ann's Road surgery consulted on new GP contract

Following a decision by the NHS in June 2024 to terminate the GP contract held by AT Medics Ltd, patients are asked to share their experiences.

North Central London Integrated Care Board would like to hear patients and carers' views on the services provided by St. Ann's Road Surgery.

The GP practice is run by AT Medics Limited. This contract is coming to an end and this gives North Central London Integrated Care Board an opportunity to hear from patients to understand what’s working well and where improvements could be made in the future.

The survey seeks to find out how important certain aspects of the GP practice are to its patients and what they would like to see in the future.

The survey closes on 6 January 2025 and is completely anonymous.

Patients can attend information sessions at the surgery where they can ask questions about the process and share ideas and suggestions to improve it.
