Survey for people affected by cancer
The Improving Cancer Journeys Learning Programme from UCLPartners and Macmillan would like to understand the challenges you have had, or are currently facing, and what support may be needed.
The programme aims to increase access to practical, emotional and social support for those affected by cancer. This survey is for people diagnosed with cancer and the people important to them in Enfield and Haringey.
The survey is available in different community languages and will take around 10 minutes to complete.
