About this event

NCL ICB Board of Members meetings

The North Central London ICB Board of Members will meet every other month. The ICB Board of Members is collectively accountable for the performance of the ICB’s functions.

The Board may invite or allow people to attend meetings as observers. Observers may not present at Board meetings, contribute to any discussion or participate in any formal vote. Observers may ask questions and/or participate in one or more discussions at the invitation of the Chair.

Coming to meetings

The Board meets five times per year and members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and listen to the discussions and observe our decision-making process. However, it is important to note that although Board meetings are held in public, they are not ‘public meetings’.

This means that members of the public are able to listen to the proceedings and where submitted questions relating to the agenda can be answered, Board members will take the time to respond.
