Mind in Haringey expands Safe Haven mental health crisis support

Mind in Haringey have teamed up with Clarendon Recovery College and Barnet Enfield Haringey Mental Health Trust to create Safe Haven: a mental health crisis support hub.
Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 5pm
This service is face-to-face at two locations:
Mind in Haringey four days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
73c Stapleton Hall Road, Finsbury Park, N4 3QF
Mulberry Junction three days a week: Monday, Thursday and Saturday
332 High Road, N15 4BN
The Safe Haven service gives non-medical help, working with people to reduce crisis and isolation and supporting them to develop safety/wellbeing crisis plans.

Are you experiencing a crisis? Feeling sad, low and really struggling to keep going and would like support to get through this? If you are please contact the Haringey Safe Haven helpline, a helpline service for those aged 18+.
The helpline is open every day and it is free to use.
